images-2Here is a fresh 5 to help grow your leadership. There is content on leading large, life changing questions, leading old, leading missional communities, and self leadership. Grab a cup of coffee and invest in yourself!

Lessons I’ve Learned About Limiting My Access  This is a great post by David Whiting, who is a pastor of a church of significant size in New York. He gives us seven lessons about leading large. While he applies these specifically to the pastorate, the principles could apply to any setting where you have to lead large. Take a look.

Life Changing: 4 Questions to re:Shape Everything  This comes from the Lead Change Group blog. Chad Balthrop poses some critical questions that will empower a leadership culture. They also help us to define and evaluate our life endeavors and relationships. He takes the overused phrase, “LIfe Changing”, and helps us think through how that might actually become true.

7 Ways To Lead People Older Than You  This is written by Ron Edmondson, whom I have highlighted many times before. Ron hits on a common situation in leadership and provides us with seven practical approaches to engaging this audience. If you are not facing this right now, you will some day soon.

What Is a Missional Community? Vision  Todd Engstrom is the Executive Pastor of Campuses and Communities at The Austin Stone church in Austin, Texas. Many spiritual leaders are interested in more clearly understanding what it means to be missional in the context of church. Todd uses four different posts to define this for Austin Stone. This title is the first in the series. The other three are linked below. I share this to stir up your ministry philosophy as you lead. What Is a Missional Community? Definition; What Is a Missional Community? On Mission With God; What Is a Missional Community? Pocket Of People

Develop Your Self-Leadership M.A.R.K.E.R.s  This final post comes from Tim Milburn. He does a great job of giving us six practical action oriented markers to gage our leadership growth. Just like mile markers on a highway, these six are designed to help you see where you are, where you have come from, and how far you have to go–in leading well.

There are the 5 for this week. As we head into Passion Week, take time to consider deeply the true impact of Easter.
